Electrician

Role & responsibilities

Perform electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems and utility equipment.

• Handle LT panels, distribution boards, MCBs, MCCBs, electrical wiring, lighting, and power distribution systems.
• Maintain and troubleshoot DG sets, UPS systems, transformers, and electrical motors, as per site requirements.
• Monitor and maintain utility services, including electrical supply, power backup, and associated equipment.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure uninterrupted electrical operations.
• Identify electrical faults and attend breakdowns promptly.
• Perform routine inspections and maintain electrical equipment, tools, and maintenance records.
• Coordinate with facility, utility, and maintenance teams to resolve electrical issues.
• Follow electrical safety procedures, permit-to-work requirements, and lockout/tagout (LOTO) practices.
• Support maintenance activities in IT offices, data centres, commercial buildings, or facility environments, as applicable.
