1. Electrician Flash Butt Welding / Railway Plant

Job Title: Electrician – Flash Butt Welding Machine
Department: Production / Maintenance
Location: As per project/site requirement
Experience: 1–5 years preferred
Qualification: ITI Electrician / Electrical Trade

Job Responsibilities:

• Install, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems of Flash Butt Welding machines.
• Diagnose electrical faults in control panels, motors, relays, contactors, sensors, and wiring.
• Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of welding equipment.
• Check electrical connections, cables, switches, and safety systems regularly.
• Assist in installation and commissioning of welding machines at project sites.
• Maintain proper records of electrical maintenance and breakdowns.
• Follow electrical safety procedures and company/site safety standards.
• Coordinate with the production and maintenance teams to minimize machine downtime.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of industrial electrical systems.
• Knowledge of control panels and electrical troubleshooting.
• Ability to read basic electrical drawings.
• Experience with welding machines will be an advantage.
• Willingness to work at railway/project sites.
