Electrician/Wireman

Educational Qualification

• ITI in Electrician Trade (Minimum)
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Preferred)
• Valid Electrical Wireman / Supervisor License (advantageous)
• Person with higher experience/higher education will be considered for supervisor

Required Skills / Key Skills

• Electrical wiring (domestic, commercial & industrial)
• Basic and industrial electrical work
• Reading electrical drawings and circuit diagrams
• Panel board installation and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of safety standards and electrical codes
• Conduit laying and cable pulling, cable end termination.
• Basic knowledge of earthing and grounding systems
• Use of electrical testing tools (multimeter, clamp meter, etc.)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Execute electrical wiring work at civil and industrial project sites with all safety measures.
• Install, maintain and repair electrical systems, panels and equipment
• Lay conduits, pull cables and terminate wiring as per drawings
• Carry out earthing, cable jointing and termination work
• Inspect and test electrical installations to ensure compliance with safety standards
• Coordinate with site supervisors and project engineers for timely completion
• Identify faults and carry out preventive/corrective maintenance
• Maintain records of work done and materials used

Work Mode

• Work from Site (On-site at Vadodara industrial area project location)

Working Hours / Shift

• 9 hours/day (including 1-hour break)
• 6 days a week
• General Shift: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
• Overtime applicable as per project requirement

Any Specific Requirements or Preferences

• Candidate must be physically fit for site work. Selection will be done post medical confirmation
• Basic understanding of Gujarati/Hindi preferred for site communication
• Candidates with experience in civil-electrical integration projects will be given preference
• Must be willing to work at project sites in and around Vadodara
• Own conveyance preferred( petrol allowance can be considered)
• Basic knowledge of fabrication will be an added advantage
