Electrical Technician

Job Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment.
• Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and control panels.
• Perform maintenance of motors, pumps, MCC panels, VFDs, transformers, switchgears, and related equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
• Ensure uninterrupted operation of electrical systems at client sites.
• Monitor equipment performance and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain daily maintenance logs and service records.
• Follow all electrical safety procedures and company SOPs.
• Coordinate with mechanical and operations teams during maintenance activities.

Required Qualifications

• ITI Electrician / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 13 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance.
• Freshers with relevant technical training may also apply.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of industrial electrical systems.
• Experience with MCC Panels, VFDs, Motors, Pumps, and Control Panels.
• Familiarity with preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Ability to use electrical testing instruments.
• Good troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
• Basic understanding of safety standards and electrical regulations.
• Team player with good communication skills.
