Electrical Supervisor

Roles and Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical maintenance activities to ensure smooth operation of production lines.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement preventive measures.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with vendors for procurement of spare parts and consumables.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., operations, engineering) to resolve technical issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-4 years of experience in Electrical Maintenance or related field (Electrical Engineering).
• Diploma/B.Tech degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, machinery operation, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Excellent supervisory skills with ability to lead a team effectively.
