Electrical Supervisor

Role & responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily electrical maintenance activities on the assigned floor.
• Monitor and maintain electrical panels, DBs, lighting systems, power outlets, UPS systems, and other electrical equipment.
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Attend electrical breakdowns and ensure timely troubleshooting and rectification.
• Inspect electrical installations and identify potential faults or safety hazards.
• Allocate work to electricians and monitor their performance and productivity.
• Ensure all maintenance work is carried out according to approved procedures and safety standards.
• Coordinate with other maintenance teams, contractors, and facility management teams when required.
• Maintain records of breakdowns, preventive maintenance, inspections, and completed work orders.
• Monitor electrical spare parts, tools, and consumable requirements.
• Ensure proper housekeeping in electrical rooms, panels, and maintenance areas.
• Conduct regular inspections of electrical equipment and report abnormalities.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety procedures, PPE requirements, and permit-to-work systems.
• Support emergency response activities, including power failures and electrical incidents.
• Prepare daily/weekly maintenance reports and escalate major issues to the Maintenance Manager.

Work location - Madhapur .

Take home salary - 30,000/- (Plus leave benefits)
