Electrical Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage BOQs, cost plans, and profit forecasts
• Administer subcontracts, valuations, and final accounts
• Issue interim and final applications, including remeasures, site changes, and dayworks
• Attend commercial meetings with clients and internal project teams
• Ensure timely payment certifications and manage retentions as per contract
• Manage subcontractor accounts and negotiate change orders
• Identify and escalate commercial risks appropriately
• Collaborate with Planning Engineers to align progress reporting
• Maintain accurate and detailed commercial records

What Were Looking For

• 4+ years of Quantity Surveying experience on electrical projects
• Degree in Electrical Engineering 
• Strong knowledge of contract conditions and commercial management
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
• Experience on mid and large-scale projects
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and record-keeping skills
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities efficiently
