About the Role

We are looking for an Electrical Project Coordinator – Site & Approvals to coordinate with electrical consultants, MEP consultants, contractors and project teams for product approvals and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit project sites regularly for inspections, product demonstrations and approvals.
• Coordinate with electrical/MEP consultants, contractors, architects and site engineers.
• Handle product submissions, technical documents, samples and approval processes.
• Follow up on project specifications, BOQs, tenders and material requirements.
• Understand electrical drawings and basic electrical installations.
• Identify upcoming projects and support the sales team in project conversion.
• Maintain project-wise follow-up and site visit reports.
• Coordinate between clients, consultants, site teams and the internal sales/technical team.
• Travel to project sites as required.

Qualification

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering – Mandatory
• 2–5 years of experience in electrical projects, MEP, building materials, electrical products or site coordination.
• Good knowledge of electrical products and basic electrical systems.
• Experience dealing with consultants, contractors and project teams will be preferred.
• Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Must be comfortable with regular site visits and travelling.
