About this role
Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
Job Description: We are hiring experienced Electrical Managers and Engineers for our Steel Melting Shop (SMS) Induction Furnace plant. Candidates should have experience in electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and plant electrical systems.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintenance of induction furnace electrical systems and associated equipment.
- Troubleshooting electrical panels, motors, drives, transformers, and control systems.
- Managing preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Monitoring power distribution systems and electrical equipment performance.
- Coordinating maintenance schedules and minimizing equipment downtime.
- Ensuring electrical safety, statutory compliance, and reliable plant operations.
Experience:
- Manager: 12 to 20 years
- Engineer / Senior Engineer: 5 to 10 years
Preferred Industry: Steel Melting Shop / Induction Furnace plant
