Electrical Maintenance Officer

Role & responsibilities

To upkeep Plant machineries and minimize the breakdowns by preparing and implementing the maintenance schedule (Preventive Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance, Shutdown Maintenance & routine maintenance)

Hands on Experience in Operation & maintenance of following complete electrical system of machineries.

• Maintenance and Programming of Mitsubishi PLC.
• Hands on Exp in Maintenance of AC drives.
• Maintenance of Air Leak Testers( Preferably Fucuda Japan Make)
• Trouble shooting of Charging Rectifiers
• Working knowledge of all types Sensors (proximity Inductive, Capacitive, Photoelectric, Optical Fiber sensor, Meganative sensor etc.)
• Working and Troubleshooting knowledge of Timers, Counters
• Hands on Exp in Trouble shooting of Temperature Control Systems, PID controllers ETC.
• Hands on Exp in Diagnosis and Trouble shooting of Electrical System.
• Exp in electronic welding machines (Preferably Miyachi controllers.)
• Maintenance, Calibration, Installation of all types of Process Control Instruments like Pressure, Flow, Level, Temperature etc. RTDs, Thermocouples, Thermostats, Pressure Gauges, Temperature Gauges, Pressure Switches, Safety Interlocks, Controllers(Pneumatic as well as Electronic), P to I Converters, I to P Converters, Air Filter cum Regulators, Manometers , Control Valves, On-Off Valves, Solenoid Valves, Valve Positioners etc
• Working Knowledge on SAP.
• Working Knowledge on MS office.
