Electrical Maintenance Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Lead preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
• Ensure maximum equipment availability, reliability and minimum downtime.
• Manage maintenance of HT/LT systems, transformers, switchgear, motors, VFDs, MCC/PCC panels and power distribution systems.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective/preventive actions for recurring failures.
• Plan shutdown maintenance, spares, manpower and maintenance budgets.
• Lead the electrical maintenance team and contractors effectively.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety, EHS and statutory requirements.
• Drive TPM, energy efficiency, reliability and continuous improvement initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 10-13 years of experience.
