Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation of all electrical systems, including AC/DC motors, PLCs, HVAC, lighting, and other equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubrication, and inspections to prevent breakdowns.
• Troubleshoot issues with electrical systems and perform repairs or call for outside assistance when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed on plant machinery and equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in maintenance processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-7 years of experience in electrical maintenance or a related field (preferably from paint industry).
• ITI/Diploma/B.Tech degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Strong knowledge of electrical principles, including AC/DC motors, PLC programming languages like Ladder Logic & Function Block Diagrams.
• Proficiency in working with powder coating process control systems.
