About a minute. You'll make an account on the way through.

    About this role

    Purpose of the Role

Uptime is the difference between a plant that runs and one that doesn't. As the Electrical Maintenance Executive, you're the person the shift turns to when a motor trips, a panel faults, or a line stalls responsible for keeping the electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems that drive the plant in good health. It's a hands-on role for someone who diagnoses problems fast, fixes them safely, and works to stop them from recurring.

    What You'll Own

    Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance

    • Handle preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
    • Troubleshoot and repair motors, pumps, blowers, compressors, material handling systems, and PLC/electrical panels.
    • Monitor and maintain electrical distribution systems, control circuits, and wiring installations.

    Documentation & Coordination

    • Maintain equipment logs and ensure adherence to all safety standards.
    • Coordinate with production and other departments to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption.

    Reliability & Continuous Improvement

    • Identify and implement process improvements to reduce downtime.
    • Analyze root causes of recurring failures and implement effective preventive measures.

    Production Support

    • Support the production team in process-related activities as required.
    • Capable of managing unskilled labor effectively.

    What We're Looking For

    • B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical, or Diploma in Electrical.
    • Background in Electrical Maintenance, preferably from the Oil Extraction, Feed, or Food Processing industries.
    • Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
    • Hands-on experience with PLCs, electrical controls, and automation systems.
    • Good knowledge of Screw Press Expeller, Extruder, Filter Press, Pulverizer machines, and Material Handling Systems.
    • Good experience in electrical maintenance and production.
    • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and team coordination skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance documentation.
    • A strong safety approach in all work practices.

    Shift Structure

    • Round-the-clock coverage on a rotating shift roster as Shift In-charge; exact timings confirmed at offer stage.
    • Coordinate a proper handover with the incoming executive at each changeover.

    Reporting & Team

    • Reports to: Factory Head
    • Works closely with: Production, Stores, and Quality teams
    • Department: Production, Manufacturing & Engineering

    What’s in it for you

    • Real financial security — PF, ESI/insurance, and other benefits as per company policy, so you're covered beyond just the paycheck
    • Travel taken care of — company travel policy covers you, so field/site visits don't come out of your pocket

    How We Work at Loopworm

    • Freedom and responsibility — we tell you the outcome and the constraints, then get out of your way. No micromanagement. You own the result.
    • Honesty over comfort — bad news should travel fast. We'd rather hear about a problem the day it happens than a polished story a month later.
    • Numbers, not opinions — decisions are made on data; bring the arithmetic with your proposal
