Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Component Manufacturing Division

Role & responsibilities :

• To attend breakdown maintenance of CNC, turning, VMC, HMC, conventional machines & utilities.
• Carry out Breakdown Maintenance and opportunity maintenance .
• Guide subordinates & monitor them to get proper work from them .
• Achieve MTTR targets.
• Preventive Maintenance.
• Machine daily check points verification.
• KAIZEN implementation.
• Machine 5s improvement.
• Shift handling

• Quick and prompt in response and action.
• Alert and proactive in recognizing symptoms.
• Quick and keen learner.
• Maintenance documentation and records.
• Knowledge on hydraulic, pneumatics, electrical and mechanical.
• Knowledge of documentation of records, reports, drawing, manuals.
