Electrical Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Electrical Engineer, Electrical Project Engineer, Electrical Site Engineer, Electrical PMC Engineer, Industrial Electrical, Electrical Execution, HT LT, Substation, Power Distribution, Testing Commissioning, Industrial Projects, Contractor Management, Plant Expansion

• Quality & Code Compliance: Ensure all electrical installations comply with Indian

Electricity Rules (IE Rules), IS/IEC standards, local DISCOM guidelines, factory safety norms, and project design specifications.

• Billing, Estimation & Progress Monitoring: Verify contractor bills against actual site measurements, track physical/financial progress against baseline timelines, and submit regular PMC progress reports to project stakeholders.

• Inter-Discipline Coordination: Collaborate effectively with civil, mechanical, piping, and structural teams to ensure proper space allocation, cable routing, embedment layouts,

and smooth field execution.

• Defect Identification & Troubleshooting: Identify execution bottlenecks, engineering discrepancies, and field installation delays, implementing immediate corrective

technical solutions.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Full-time B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (or Electrical & Electronics

Engineering) from a recognized university.

• Experience: 8 to 12 years of core hands-on experience in electrical execution, plant

power system setup, or PMC roles within the Industrial / Manufacturing Industry.

• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in industrial electrical design review, sub-station

(HT/LT) commissioning, switchgear panels, MCC/PCC, DG sets, UPS systems, ground grid

testing, and cable scheduling.
