About this role
Role & responsibilities
- Handle installation, testing, and commissioning of solar PV systems, inverters, and battery energy storage systems (BESS).
- Conduct site visits for surveying, feasibility assessment, and customer consultations.
- Prepare technical reports, drawings, and installation documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes during installation.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team to deliver projects on time.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting during and after installation.
Preferred candidate profile
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in solar installation or electrical projects.
- Knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, and battery storage solutions.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and handle wiring/connection work.
- Strong problemsolving skills and willingness to travel for site work.
- Local candidates from Tamil Nadu (Madurai region) preferred.
