Electrical Engineer

Role & responsibilities

Experience: Below are the details of R&R for Electrical Engineer
• Able to handle the projects from start to deployment and commissioning
independently
• Part of each project (New/upgrade), Engineer able to perform following tasks
independently
o SOW Creation
o Details design with schematic/drawings
o Detail BOM
o Design reviews
o Software, Mechanical interactions
o Regular Project updates to PM and Manager
o Parts procurement which involves Vendor and sourcing team interaction
o Test Fixture build, debug, validate
o Test fixture deployment and commissioning at site, which requires travel
for 2-3 Weeks
o Create Test Procedures

Our Ideal Candidate
• Excellent Hands-on experience in designing, building and deploying Automated
Test Equipment.
• Highly experienced in designing electrical schematics, BOM preparation, control
panel and cable harnesses
• Hands-on experience in field deployment, troubleshooting issues and
documentation.
• Excellent Communication skills within team and cross functional teams.
• Good understanding on project requirement, statement of work and ability to
independently provide concept with lead time and cost proposal.
Qualifications
7+ years of relevant experience. 7-10 years of total experience.

Additional Qualifications:
• Good knowledge and hands on experience on Data Acquisition & control system
• Good knowledge and hands on experience on Power distribution system
• Design for Safety and Ergonomics requirements
• Pneumatic circuits, Vacuum circuits and component selection
• Value add if has good knowledge on fluid system and mechanics
• Noise isolation, grounding techniques, Signal condition
• Software debugging, integration and testing.
• SEMI S2, S8 standards
