ABOUT PHITECH SOLUTIONS

Phitech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a Nashik-based company that works with high-voltage testing equipment and electrical services for the power industry. We repair, maintain, and install GIS/AIS systems (a type of high-voltage electrical equipment used by power companies) and also work with machines like impulse generators and SF6 gas equipment. We work with clients in India and other countries.

ROLE SUMMARY

We are looking for people to join our Electrical team - both freshers who want to learn and build a career in high-voltage electrical work, and experienced candidates who can work more independently on site. You will work on installing, testing, and repairing electrical equipment at client sites, under guidance from senior engineers. Full training will be given to freshers.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Help install and set up electrical equipment (GIS/AIS systems) at client sites, under the guidance of a senior engineer.
- Assist with testing of high-voltage equipment using company machines.
- Help with repair and maintenance work on electrical equipment when it breaks down.
- Learn to handle SF6 gas equipment (used in high-voltage systems) - training given on the job.
- Help assemble and check machines that come from our suppliers, before they are sent to clients.
- Keep basic records - what work was done, what tests were run, any issues found.
- Always follow all safety rules and wear safety equipment (PPE) properly - this is very important in our line of work.
- Be willing to travel to client sites for work, sometimes for a few days at a stretch.
- (For experienced candidates) Take the lead on-site, guide junior team members, and handle client communication directly.



WHO CAN APPLY

- B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering only - candidates with a Diploma or ITI qualification will not be considered for this role.
- Only graduates should apply.
- Good spoken and written English is compulsory - you will be dealing with clients directly, including international clients.
- Freshers are welcome - no prior work experience needed. We will train you.
- Candidates with 1-5 years of experience in electrical/high-voltage work will be considered for more senior roles and pay.
- Basic understanding of electrical concepts (from your studies) is enough to start.
- Willing to travel and work at different client sites as needed.
- Sincere about following safety rules - we deal with high-voltage equipment, so safety matters a lot.
- Good attitude to learn, and comfortable working as part of a team.
