We are looking for a skilled Electrical Engineer with 2+ years of experience in the Real Estate and Construction domain. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing electrical installations, site execution, testing & commissioning activities, vendor coordination, and ensuring compliance with electrical safety standards across residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute electrical works at construction sites as per approved drawings and project specifications.
• Monitor installation of LT/HT panels, transformers, DG sets, electrical cabling, lighting systems, earthing, and fire alarm systems.
• Coordinate with civil, MEP, architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors for seamless project execution.
• Review electrical layouts, single-line diagrams (SLD), load calculations, and technical drawings.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations, statutory requirements, and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress against schedules.
• Verify contractor bills, material consumption, and work completion reports.
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and compliance records.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Electrical Systems, Power Distribution, LT/HT Installations, and Building Electrical Services.
• Experience in Residential, Commercial, Apartment, Villa, IT Park, or Mixed-Use Construction Projects.
• Understanding of DG Systems, UPS, Transformers, Earthing, Lightning Protection, and Fire Alarm Systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, SLDs, and MEP layouts.
• Knowledge of electrical estimation, quantity take-off, BOQ preparation, and billing.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project documentation.
• Familiarity with electrical safety standards and statutory regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience working on large-scale real estate or commercial construction projects.
• Exposure to renewable energy systems and energy-efficient building solutions is an advantage.
