Electrical Engineer

Engineering

Manages, maintains, and optimizes high/low voltage power distribution, control automation, and heavy electrical machinery to ensure maximum plant uptime, energy efficiency, and safety compliance.

• Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of high/low voltage systems, transformers, switchgears, PLCs, VFDs, and motors.

• Identify and reduce electrical and thermal heat losses across plant equipment.

• Design and execute scheduled preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

• Oversee power factor improvement and electrical safety (LOTO, safety awareness).

• PLC programming, VFDs, relay logic, and motor control centres.

• Electrical single-line diagrams (SLDs) and high/low voltage distribution.

• Thermic fluid heaters, transformers, and electro-hydraulic/pneumatic systems.

• Power distribution optimization & energy conservation.

• Heavy equipment fault diagnostics & root-cause failure analysis.

• Workplace safety (LOTO) & 5S organization.
