Job Description - Electrical Engineer

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team at Highland Agro Food Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, motor operations, cable management, and electrical documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and maintain transformers, ensuring smooth and reliable operations.
• Handle electrical motor operations, maintenance, and fault diagnosis.
• Manage cabling, power cable installation, and cable-related troubleshooting.
• Handle generator-related electrical work, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure the proper functioning of electrical systems and equipment.
• Carry out preventive and corrective electrical maintenance.
• Maintain electrical drawings, technical records, maintenance logs, and other relevant documentation.
• Identify electrical faults and implement corrective measures to minimize equipment downtime.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and operational procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• 710 years of relevant experience in electrical maintenance and industrial operations.
• Strong knowledge of transformers, motors, generators, and electrical cabling systems.
• Good troubleshooting, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Ability to ensure safe and efficient operation of electrical equipment.
