Electrical Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Troubleshooting: Find and fix faults in electrical panels, wiring, motors, and control systems like PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and SCADA.
• Preventive Maintenance: Run routine checks and servicing plans to stop equipment failure before it happens.
• Repairs: Replace broken electrical parts, fix circuits, and test machines to make sure they work safely.
• Safety Compliance: Follow local and global safety rules, such as electrical codes and OSHA guidelines.
• Record Keeping: Log all repairs, maintenance schedules, and spare parts used.
• Spare Parts Management: Track inventory and order new electrical components when supplies run low

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Bachelors degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• Technical Skills: Ability to read blueprints, circuit diagrams, and electrical schematics.
• Experience: Hands-on work with industrial electrical systems, motors, and automation tools.
• Soft Skills: Good problem-solving abilities and strong teamwork.
• Software Knowledge: Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS). [1, 2, 3, 4]
