Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech Electrical Engineering
Mandatory: Valid 33 KV Electrical License

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day electrical maintenance activities of the plant.
• Maintain and troubleshoot 33 KV HT/LT systems, transformers, HT/LT panels, MCC/PCC, motors, VFDs, DG sets and APFC panels.
• Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Monitor electrical equipment reliability and minimize plant downtime.
• Ensure electrical safety, LOTO and statutory compliance.
• Monitor power consumption, power factor and energy-saving initiatives.
• Manage electrical technicians, contractors and service vendors.
• Maintain maintenance records, breakdown reports and statutory documents.
• Support electrical projects, modifications and commissioning activities.

Key Skills

• Strong hands-on knowledge of HT/LT electrical systems.
• Good troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills.
• Knowledge of industrial electrical safety and statutory requirements.
• Team handling and vendor management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred: Candidates with manufacturing / FMCG / food / feed / process industry experience.
