Electrical Engineer Trainee

Role & responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers in electrical engineering design and documentation activities.
• Support electrical load calculations, cable sizing, voltage drop calculations, and other design-related calculations as applicable to project requirements.
• Assist in preparing electrical design documents, technical specifications, datasheets, and engineering reports.

Preferred candidate profile

• M.Tech in Power Electronics from a recognized university.
• Strong fundamentals in electrical engineering and power electronics.
• Basic knowledge of electrical design concepts and engineering calculations.
• AutoCAD: Basic knowledge of electrical drawings and drafting.
• ETAP: Basic understanding of electrical power system studies, load flow, and short-circuit analysis.
• MATLAB/Simulink: Knowledge of power electronics simulation, converters, inverters, and control systems.
• MS Excel: Engineering calculations, data analysis, and technical documentation.
• Electrical Design Software: Familiarity with cable sizing, voltage drop calculations, and electrical load calculations using applicable design tools.
