Electrical Engineer- PFPL

1.JOB PURPOSE:

To oversees and perform electrical maintenance tasks, ensuring equipment reliability and safety of wheat Mill, this includes executing schedule and emergency repairs, adhering to standards and procedures, Reduction of Electrical issues and Downtime, and maintain documentation.

2.CORE JOB AREA JOB REPOSIBILITIES

Electrical maintenance

-Create maintenance schedule at a daily, weekly and Monthly basis for electrical activities in coordination with planning and plant maintenance Team.

-Oversee day to day activities and follow all relevant policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instruction so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.

-Review, prioritize and execute critical electrical maintenance activities while ensuring adherence to highest quality standards.

-Manage the planned turnaround and shutdown services performed on electrical equipment and systems to ensure they are calibrated timely.

Inventory Management

-Establish and plan for spares in advance for all electrical equipment for wheat mill.

Compliance Safety

-Perform Task-based risk assessment for all critical activities and ensure all activities are executed with proper permit and risk assessment.

-Support in conducting system and procedure compliances audits in own section and ensure adherence to statutory, electrical safety maintenance and HSE compliance, including RESOP, DOSHE, CASHe, HSEF mandatory training.

Coordination with Other Departments

-Collaborate with other technician and staff to ensure the smooth operation of the mill.

-Address immediate electrical issues promptly during operational hours.

Customer Satisfaction

-Ensure implementation of best practices and group guidelines for electrical equipment at plant.

-Drive continuous process improvement and keep abreast of maintenance best practice.

Reporting Documentation

-Provide regular reports to the Manager on day-to-day electrical activities.

-Review and update master data for electrical equipment.

Staff Development

-Develop a maintenance program for electrical installation for plant.

-Organize training sessions for staff.

3.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

-Bachelor degree in Electrical engineering

-Minimum of 5 years of experience in a food processing industry.

-Experience in industrial electrical system, automation, and control highly valued.

-Excellent organizational and communication skills.

-diagnosing and resolving electrical issues that may arise during the milling.
