Electrical Engineer-O&M

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Plan and execute preventive & predictive maintenance activities.
2. Troubleshooting & rectification, RCA and recommendation implementation
3. Prepare maintenance reports, shutdown reports, failure analysis reports, and KPI dashboards
4. Support for statutory inspections, audits, and asset integrity programs
5. Spares management
6. Reliability improvement/MOC & RCA/Audit Recommendation Jobs Execution
7. Inter-departmental coordination with Operations, Process, Mechanical & Instrumentation, Stores & Safety Teams
8. Ensure compliance with safety standards, permit-to-work requirements, HSE procedures, and plant operational guidelines during all maintenance activities.
9. Electrical Safety Team - Scope preparation, Execution & Sustain
10. Ensure all materials, tools and spares are available before shutdown commencement.
11. Temporary power & lighting provision to Hydrojetting/Chemical Treatment Machines & confined space
12. Timely execution of shutdown maintenance

Job Requirements :

• 5-15 years of experience in electrical engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of electrical maintenance, predictive maintenance, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Experience working in the oil & gas industry or similar environment.
