About this role
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to manage electrical infrastructure, power systems and maintenance across residential accommodations, office facilities and associated properties
Role & responsibilities
- Manage electrical distribution systems, LT panels, transformers, cabling, lighting and electrical assets.
- Manage diesel generators, backup power systems and fuel consumption.
- Plan and supervise preventive and corrective electrical maintenance.
- Coordinate HVAC/AC systems, lifts and other electrical-related facility services.
- Handle electrical projects, renovations, installations and commissioning.
- Prepare BOQs, technical specifications, estimates and budgets.
- Manage electrical contractors, vendors and outsourced manpower.
- Ensure electrical safety, statutory compliance, LOTO and permit-to-work procedures.
- Monitor electricity consumption, utility bills and energy efficiency.
- Maintain equipment records, maintenance reports and MIS.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and energy savings.
Preferred candidate profile
Experience: 5-6 Years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering preferred
