Electrical Draughtsman

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare detailed ELV drawings, layouts, shop drawings, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD.
• Develop drawings for CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, SMATV, Intercom, Public Address, and other ELV systems.
• Interpret project specifications, architectural drawings, and engineering requirements.
• Coordinate ELV drawings with MEP, electrical, and architectural layouts.
• Revise drawings based on consultant/client comments and site requirements.
• Prepare and maintain accurate drawing documentation and revisions.
• Coordinate with engineers and site teams to ensure drawings meet project requirement.

Preferred candidate profile

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
• 24 years of experience in ELV drafting/design.
• Good knowledge of ELV systems, symbols, layouts, and drawing standards.
• Ability to read and interpret MEP and architectural drawings.
• UAE/GCC experience will be an advantage.
