About this role
The opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated design platforms domain expert (business analysts) to join our transformers design platform team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our RD teams and end-users, ensuring that our software solutions meet the highest standards of quality and usability
How youll make an impact
- Prepare detailed technical specifications based on backlog priorities, ensuring clarity and completeness.
- Coordinate closely with RD teams and engineering teams to ensure a thorough understanding of technical specifications and project requirements.
- Support users by addressing and resolving technical questions and issues.
- Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for transformers design platform.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback, understand needs, and incorporate improvements into the software development process.
- Develop and maintain documentation for business processes, system requirements, and user guides.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
- Candidate should hold a Bachelor / Masters degree in engineering with experience in engineering design software is highly desirable.
- Transformer design experience is fundamental to ensure understanding of the end-users needs. Experience in power transformers in range 25MVA 125MVA range is preferred
- Deep understanding of technical specification development
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive timely execution of tasks and projects.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement, with a focus on delivering user-centric solutions.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize information from various sources and develop actionable insights.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies, with a familiarity with software development life cycles.
- Proficiency in both spoken written English language is required
