## Job Overview

We are looking for an Electrical Design Engineer with experience in *commercial, residential, and data centre projects*. The candidate will be responsible for electrical design, engineering calculations, preparation of drawings, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project requirements are met.

## Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and review electrical design drawings, layouts, and Single Line Diagrams (SLDs).

- Perform electrical load calculations, cable sizing, voltage drop calculations, and short-circuit calculations.

- Design electrical systems for commercial buildings, residential projects, and data centres.

- Work on electrical systems such as transformers, DG sets, UPS, switchgear, bus ducts, cable trays, lighting, earthing, and lightning protection.

- Prepare BOQs, technical specifications, equipment schedules, and material requisitions.

- Review vendor drawings, technical submittals, and engineering documents.

- Coordinate with civil, structural, mechanical, HVAC, ELV, and other engineering teams.

- Ensure compliance with applicable electrical standards, project specifications, and safety requirements.

- Resolve technical queries and support design reviews throughout the project lifecycle.

## Required Project Experience

Candidates should have relevant electrical design experience in one or more of the following project types:

- *Commercial Projects:* Office buildings, IT parks, malls, hotels, and commercial complexes.

- *Residential Projects:* High-rise residential buildings, apartments, villas, and housing projects.

- *Data Centre Projects:* Data centre electrical infrastructure, UPS systems, DG sets, transformers, MV/LV distribution, and redundant power systems.

*Preference:* Candidates with hands-on electrical design experience and exposure to multiple project types will be preferred.

## Required Skills

- Electrical design and engineering.

- Electrical drawings, SLDs, layouts, and calculations.

- AutoCAD and relevant electrical design tools.

- Power distribution systems and electrical equipment selection.

- BOQ preparation and technical documentation.

- Coordination with multidisciplinary design teams.

## Qualification

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
