Electrical Design Engineer – Key Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare electrical drawings, SLD, schematics, layouts IO list, instruments datasheet etc,.
Design LV , starter panels and DB.
Select electrical equipment, cables, and protection devices.
Prepare cable schedules, equipment schedules, and BOQs.
Review vendor drawings and technical documents.
Coordinate with mechanical, and project teams.
Ensure designs comply with IEC/IEEE/NEC standards.
Knowledge in PLC panel design.
Support installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
Use AutoCAD, or similar design software.
