Role & Responsibilities

• Handle electrical maintenance, preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, and troubleshooting of plant machinery and equipment.
• Maintain and troubleshoot motors, control panels, MCC/PCC, VFD, PLC, sensors, transformers, DG sets, and electrical systems.
• Conduct regular inspection and preventive maintenance to minimize machine downtime.
• Diagnose electrical faults and ensure timely corrective action.
• Support installation, commissioning, modification, and maintenance of electrical equipment.
• Maintain maintenance records, checklists, breakdown reports, and spare-parts requirements.
• Follow electrical safety, PPE, 5S, TPM, and preventive maintenance procedures.
• Coordinate with production, mechanical, and external service teams for smooth plant operations.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of industrial electrical maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
• Experience with motors, VFD, PLC, MCC/PCC panels, control circuits, sensors, transformers, and industrial equipment preferred.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Freshers and experienced candidates may be considered, depending on the position.
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing/industrial plant and shifts, if required.
• Good communication, teamwork, and coordination skills.
