Experience: 8-10 years in the sugar industry / industrial plant
Salary: USD 3,000 per month

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer to manage and maintain electrical systems, instrumentation, automation, and control systems in a sugar manufacturing plant. The candidate will ensure reliable plant operations, minimize downtime, and support process efficiency and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage electrical maintenance, power distribution, motors, MCCs, transformers, and generators.
• Maintain instrumentation, sensors, transmitters, control valves, PLC, DCS, and automation systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical, instrumentation, and control system issues.
• Plan preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Monitor equipment performance and minimize plant downtime.
• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for smooth plant operations.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety and plant operational standards.
• Maintain maintenance records and prepare technical reports.

Requirements:

• 8-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in a sugar mill or process industry.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and industrial instrumentation.
• Hands-on experience with PLC/DCS/SCADA and automation systems.
• Good troubleshooting, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Engineering degree/diploma in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering.
