Job Requirements*

5 to 10+ years of experience in PTC Windchill PLM technical development

Strong expertise in Windchill customization, configuration, and deployment

Proficiency in Java/J2EE, JSP, Servlets, and web technologies

Hands-on experience with Windchill APIs, Info*Engine, and workflows

Experience in custom UI development and business logic implementation

Knowledge of PLM data model (Parts, Documents, BOMs, Change Management)

Exposure to Windchill integration using Web Services, REST APIs, or middleware

Experience in debugging, performance tuning, and issue resolution

Familiarity with code deployment, build tools, and version control (Git)

Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies

Key Responsibilities*

Develop and customize Windchill PLM solutions based on business requirements

Configure and extend Windchill modules, workflows, and lifecycle states

Implement customizations using Java, JSP, and Windchill APIs

Work with Info*Engine tasks and data exchange mechanisms

Design and manage PLM data structures such as BOM, Parts, and Documents

Perform system integration with ERP and other enterprise systems

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and performance bottlenecks

Support deployment, upgrades, and migration activities

Collaborate with functional teams, business stakeholders, and cross-functional units

Maintain technical documentation and best practices adherence

Education Requirements

Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

Certifications
