Job Title EIC - Intern Job Description Summary Job Description Tenant representation Intern – Job Description  About the Role:    We’re looking for a motivated intern to join our Industral Leasing team. You’ll support investment analysis, help with deal execution, and assist in expanding our hospitality portfolio. This is a great opportunity to learn about real estate investments and the hotel industry. 

Key Responsibilities   Conduct thorough market research to identify potential locations for industrial and logistics facilities. This includes analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and demand-supply dynamics.  Identify new business opportunities in the area of Industrial & Logistics Real Estate. Review & prepare presentations, proposals. Provide inputs and solutions. Keep abreast with new developments pertaining to business. Prepare reports on a(n) entity's/property's financial position outlining assumptions and valuation. May provide technical inputs, analysis and provide alternate solutions Interact with team members & clients, with respect to analysis/information

Qualifications & Skills  Education: MBA Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Supply Chain &  Logistics ,Marketing  Real Estate, Hospitality, or related field Skills:  Basic understanding of financial concepts and Excel  Good communication and presentation skills  Interest in hospitality and real estate  Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
