EHS MAHSR D2 PROJECT - E Band

The SHE Manager is responsible for implementing and monitoring Safety, Health & Environment requirements at the project, ensuring compliance with L&T standards, statutory requirements, and client requirements.

• Implement the Project SHE Plan, procedures, and safety standards.
• Lead and coordinate the project SHE team.
• Identify hazards, assess risks, and ensure effective control measures.
• Conduct SHE inspections, audits, and compliance reviews.
• Monitor high-risk activities and ensure adherence to approved work methods and permit systems.
• Ensure timely incident reporting, investigation, and corrective actions.
• Implement emergency preparedness plans and conduct periodic drills.
• Coordinate SHE training, induction, toolbox talks, and competency programs.
• Monitor SHE performance, KPIs, and statutory compliance.
• Promote proactive SHE culture and workforce participation.
• Coordinate with project management, clients, contractors, and statutory authorities on SHE matters.
• Maintain required SHE records, reports, permits, and documentation.
• Qualification: Any Graduate with Govt. recognized full time Diploma in Safety with 5 years work experience in full-fledged SHE department.
