EHS Head - Execution Unit - Steam Turbines

Role

Lead and drive the Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) strategy, governance, and execution across the Steam Turbines & Generators (STG) Execution Unit in India. The role is responsible for ensuring Zero Harm, regulatory compliance, and integration of EHS as a core enabler of business performance across factories, project sites, and service operations, while advancing sustainability objectives and delivering on Siemens Energy's ESG commitments.

Preferred candidate profile

• Engineering degree or Diploma or Science graduate
• Advance diploma in Industrial Safety / BTech EHS
• Minimum 15 years of progressive EHS experience in energy, heavy engineering, or EPC industry. Project site experience as EHS lead is preferred.
• Proven leadership experience in managing EHS across multiple geographies
• Strong exposure to manufacturing, project execution, and service environments
