EHS Executive

Role Overview

We are seeking an EHS Executive to support the implementation of Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) programs across corporate facilities. The role will focus on compliance, audits, inspections, training, incident reporting, and promoting a strong safety culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Support implementation of EHS policies, procedures, and standards across the site.
• Conduct routine safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Monitor compliance with statutory, environmental, and occupational health & safety requirements.
• Assist in maintaining ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
• Report, investigate, and track incidents, near misses, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness activities and mock drills.
• Deliver EHS inductions, awareness sessions, and toolbox talks.
• Monitor waste management, environmental compliance, and sustainability initiatives.
• Maintain EHS records, reports, permits, and documentation.
• Work closely with facility management teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure safe operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Industrial Safety, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
• 3+ years of EHS experience in corporate offices, commercial buildings, facilities management, or workplace operations.
• Good understanding of Indian EHS regulations and compliance requirements.

Preferred Certifications

• Nebosh IGC
• Diploma in Industrial Safety
• ISO 45001 Lead Auditor
• ISO 14001 Lead Auditor

Skills

• Knowledge of EHS compliance and audits
• Incident investigation and risk assessment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• Good reporting and documentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
