Role & responsibilities

• Good experience in Eggplant test automation tool administration and support.
• Expertise in guiding teams on Eggplant best practices, framework setup, and automation approach.
• Experience in installation, configuration, upgrades, and user management.
• Hands-on experience in creating, maintaining, and troubleshooting Eggplant automation suites.
• Ability to provide technical support, training, and mentoring to team members.
• Experience in integrating Eggplant with ALM, Jira, and CI/CD tools.
• Good understanding of test execution, defect management, and reporting.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
