Eggoz - Lead - Human Resource

The Role :

As HR Lead, you will lead the entire people function at Eggoz - from Talent Acquisition and onboarding to Performance Management, Culture, and Compliance. You will partner directly with the Founders and Business Leaders to scale the Organisation across Corporate, Field Sales, and Supply-Chain teams. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, high-growth consumer startup environment.

Key Relationships : Founder Team, Internal Stakeholders including Functional Heads and Employees

Key Responsibilities :

Talent Acquisition & People Planning :

- Build hiring plans with business heads aligned to growth and budget and manage the hiring mix

- Design Organisation Structure to build short term and long hiring requirements

- Own end-to-end hiring across corporate, sales, and supply-chain/plant roles, including leadership positions

- Drive employer branding to position Eggoz as an employer of choice in the FMCG/ Agritech space

Performance & Talent Management :

- Design and run the performance management cycle (goal-setting, reviews, feedback, increments)

- Build career paths, succession plans, and learning & development programs for key roles

- Identify and retain high performers

- Manage performance improvement processes fairly and consistently

- Deploy and design R&R programs

Culture & Employee Engagement :

- Champion Eggoz's values and build a high-ownership, high-energy culture across Corporate Office, field teams, and SCM Teams

- Design engagement calendar and act on feedback with measurable plans

- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on people matters, grievances, and conflict resolution

HR Operations, Compensation & Compliance :

- Lead the team on HRMS, payroll inputs, attendance, leave, and employee lifecycle processes (onboarding to exit)

- Benchmark and administer compensation & benefits, including ESOP administration support

- With the help of the team, ensure full statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, Shops & Establishments, labour laws) across all locations, including third-party manpower

HR Strategy & Analytics :

- Define and track people metrics (attrition, time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, engagement) and report to leadership

- Build scalable HR policies, SOPs, and org structures suited to a multi-location, multi workforce business
