Eeg Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform EEG, ENMG/EMG, and NCS procedures as per physician/neurologist instructions and standard protocols.
• Prepare and position patients appropriately for EEG, ENMG, and NCS examinations.
• Apply electrodes accurately and ensure proper signal quality.
• Operate and handle EEG, ENMG/EMG, and NCS equipment efficiently.
• Assist the neurologist during ENMG/EMG and NCS procedures, as required.
• Monitor patients during procedures and ensure their safety and comfort.
• Maintain accurate patient details and procedure documentation.
• Identify and minimize technical artifacts and troubleshoot equipment-related issues.
• Follow infection-control, safety, and quality protocols.
• Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of equipment and accessories.
