Role Description:

• Counsel students, graduates, and working professionals regarding career opportunities and professional courses.
• Understand the candidate's educational background, career goals, interests, and requirements.
• Recommend appropriate courses and learning programs offered by G-TEC JAIN Keerti Education.
• Handle enquiries received through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, digital leads, and other channels.
• Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective students and parents.
• Convert qualified leads into course enrollments while maintaining a strong student experience.
• Explain course curriculum, duration, fees, career opportunities, certifications, and other relevant details.
• Conduct centre visits and provide personalized counseling to walk-in enquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, counseling sessions, and admissions in the CRM/database.
• Achieve individual and centre-level admission/enrollment targets.
• Build strong relationships with students and parents throughout the admission process.
• Coordinate with the academic and centre teams to ensure a smooth student onboarding experience.
• Participate in seminars, career guidance sessions, education fairs, promotional activities, and student engagement initiatives.
• Stay updated about industry trends, career opportunities, and the courses offered by the institute.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 1–4 years of experience in educational counseling, admissions, inside sales, EdTech, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Comfortable speaking with students, parents, and working professionals.
• Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
• Target-oriented and motivated to achieve enrollment goals.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office, Zoho Workspace, WhatsApp, and CRM tools.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is preferred.
• Candidates with experience in the education/training industry will be preferred.
