Education Sales Counselor - Inside Sales

Role & responsibilities

• Engage inbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email and conduct needs analysis.
• Convert qualified prospects into paying customers and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Recommend relevant courses, advanced programs, bundles, and learning products.
• Develop strong product knowledge to deliver confident and consultative sales pitches.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, follow-ups, deal stages, and daily call metrics.
• Handle customer queries empathetically and coordinate with support teams when required.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and prevent lead leakage throughout the sales pipeline.
• Share customer and market insights with marketing, product, and activation teams.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction and post-enrollment experience.

Preferred candidate profile

Mandatory Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 13 years of experience in B2C inside sales, telesales, or customer success; EdTech/digital products preferred.
• Fluent in English and Hindi with clear and engaging communication.
• Proven ability to achieve sales, revenue, and conversion targets.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, spreadsheets, and virtual meeting tools.
• Strong objection-handling, follow-up, and customer relationship skills.
• Comfortable working 6 days a week, with one rolling weekly off.
• Willing to work 10:00 AM–7:00 PM, on-site at Santacruz, Mumbai.
