Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Academic Counsellors to guide prospective students in choosing the right undergraduate and postgraduate programs. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for education, and the ability to convert enquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students regarding various UG and PG programs.
• Understand students' career aspirations and recommend suitable courses.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow up on leads, and respond to student queries.
• Convert leads into successful admissions by providing accurate information and guidance.
• Manage counselling through phone calls, online chats, and other communication channels.
• Maintain daily records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM system.
• Ensure a seamless admission process and provide excellent candidate experience.
• Meet monthly admission and revenue targets.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 6 month experience in Academic Counselling, Inside Sales, Education Sales, or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
