Employment Type: Full-TimeRole OverviewAs an Education & Training Counselor, you will be responsible for connecting with candidates, understanding their career goals, explaining our corporate training and internship programs, and guiding interested candidates through the enrollment process.Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective candidates and understand their career and training requirements.
• Explain training, internship, and career opportunities clearly to candidates.
• Counsel candidates based on their skills, experience, and career objectives.
• Handle candidate queries regarding the program, training structure, internship, and interview process.
• Follow up with interested candidates and maintain regular communication.
• Maintain candidate records and update follow-up status.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding candidate onboarding and training.
• Achieve assigned counseling and conversion targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 0 to 1 years of experience in Education Counseling, Training Counseling, Inside Sales, Career Counseling, or related roles.
• Freshers also okay
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable speaking with candidates over phone calls.
