Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective students through inbound and outbound calls to generate admissions.
• Explain courses, eligibility criteria, admission procedures, fee structures, and career opportunities.
• Understand students academic backgrounds and recommend suitable programs.
• Follow up with prospective students through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
• Handle student queries and maintain accurate enquiry and follow-up records in CRM.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and admission targets.
• Guide students through the application and admission process.
• Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure timely completion of applications.
• Maintain professional communication and deliver a positive student experience.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates with experience in education counselling, university admissions, edtech, student recruitment, or telesales will be preferred.
