Role & responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents regarding courses, programs, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities.
• Assist students in selecting suitable courses based on their academic background, interests, career goals, and future opportunities.
• Understand students academic backgrounds, interests, and career goals.
• Recommend suitable courses or programs based on student requirements.
• Handle enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
• Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions.
• Assist students throughout the application and admission process.
