Role & responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries and generate leads for Education Loans & Personal Loans.

Understand customer requirements and explain suitable loan products, eligibility and documentation.

Collect, verify and process customer documents for loan applications.

Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan approval, sanction and disbursement.

Follow up with customers and financial institutions to ensure timely processing.

Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline with 03 years of experience in sales, banking, or financial services.
• Excellent communication, customer-handling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Basic knowledge of loan eligibility, documentation, and application processes.
• Self-motivated and proactive with strong follow-up, coordination, and customer service skills.
