Role & Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents on courses and career opportunities.
• Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.
• Handle calls, queries, follow-ups, and admissions.
• Maintain student records and update CRM.
• Achieve assigned admission targets.
• Coordinate with academic and placement teams.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 13 years of experience in counselling, admissions, or inside sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good convincing and counselling abilities.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.
• Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
