Vibedu Study Abroad is seeking an enthusiastic and student-focused Education Counsellor for our Coimbatore office. The role involves guiding students and parents through overseas education options, admissions and application processes while ensuring a high-quality counselling experience.

Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents on study abroad options, universities, courses, eligibility and admission requirements.
• Assess student profiles and recommend suitable countries, universities and programs.
• Handle student inquiries through walk-ins, calls, emails and online platforms.
• Guide students through the end-to-end admission process, including applications and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams for offer letters, confirmations and visa processing.
• Maintain accurate student records, follow-ups and application status in CRM systems.
• Achieve individual counselling and application targets.
• Participate in student seminars, education fairs and promotional events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
• Stay updated on international education trends, university requirements and visa regulations.

Eligibility Requirements

• Bachelors degree in any discipline
• 1+ years of experience in study abroad counselling
• Strong communication, counselling and interpersonal skills
• Student-centric approach with good problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple students and deadlines effectively
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Preferred Skills

• Experience handling UK, Canada, Australia, USA or Europe admissions
• Multilingual skills (Tamil English preferred)
• Passion for helping students achieve their educational goals
• Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities
